Responsibilities

  • Answering customer phone calls and schedule/dispatch jobs.
  • Creating invoices in Service M8.
  • General office support to the operations manager and health and safety officer (filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning etc.)
  • Coordinate and gather information to prepare proposals and bids responses, manage deadlines and work with management to complete and submit.
  • Coordinate and communicate with employees and health and safety officer to ensure compliance of health and safety procedures and documentation is being followed.
  • Assist co-workers by covering phones etc. when required.
  • Other duties as requested.

Requirements

  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Excellent attention to detail; organized with a great sense of timelines.
  • Strong MS office skills, work, excel and outlook.
  • The ability to problem solving and multitask while working in a high paced environment.
  • Deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required to be successful in this position.
  • Geographic knowledge of the BC interior is an asset.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • The ability to work unsupervised is essential as is the ability to be part of a team.

Salary: $22,000 – $35,000
