Recent Client Activity


Here is this quarter's report on projects just reaching conclusion or new projects that we are just starting. Some really exciting digital solutions that are making a real difference in customer service and business mangement. 

  • For a major Property Management company: Just finishing the second phase of a call centre (based on D365 Customer Service) that supports the handling of tenant service requests for over 300 retail, commercial and industrial buildings across Canada. It includes a tenant portal for self-service, triage of service requests, creation and routing of work orders to service technicians, and after service surveying.

  • For a mid-sized investor owned Property Management company: Doing a significant upgrade to a Dynamics 365 based Residential Property management system to add a greater range of payment options for tenants. This application has been in place since 2015 and has provided significant benefits in terms of productivity and cash flow management, that has allowed this organization's building portfolio to grow by over 50%. We are also bringing this system to the market in the fall of 2018. It is currently code-named TenantCX.

  • For a women's shelter: Just starting a project to implement a property / bed management system for this Calgary-based not-for-profit.

  • For a specialized marine service firm: At this long term customer, in addition to some additions to data and forms, and the upgrade to v 9.0, we are just completing a comprehensive after service customer survey using Voice of the Customer.

  • For a new financial services organization: Just starting with the first phase of a complete customer experience management system. This stage will be focused on deal management for one of their core financial projects

  • For an organization in the education industry: Completed a digital engagement proof of concept, outlining and then demonstrating, how personalized and contextual content can be identified and delivered to a mass audience using a full range of digital communication channels. This was built entirely with tools in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

  • For an innovative projects and program management company in the energy space: Commencing the first phase of a long term IT vision by implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central to handle their accounting and financial management requirements.
