Sandi Braley

Hello. My name is Sandi Braley and I’m the Bookkeeper for ITK Consulting. I have over 30 years in the industry, and I’ve been looking after ITK since 2014. I enjoy problem solving and keeping everything in balance for ITK. The growth these past few years has been exciting to be part of. I think Bob also wants me to say that I relish the opportunity of working with him. When not at work I enjoy being a newly minted Grandma and family activities including camping and canoeing. 

Conal Campbell

As Director of Sales, I work with current clients, complimentary partners, and a variety of companies across Canada to identify business challenges that can be solved by ITK’s Microsoft-based IT solutions. I’ve spent 23 years in the technology industry conducting business development and alliances management in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. I thoroughly enjoy meeting the leaders of public and private sector organizations and learning the objectives to improve communication and collaboration among customers, staff, and stakeholders. When not identifying new projects for my team, I’m tearing around the town with my soon-to-be teenage daughter, listening to news and sports podcasts, and planning my next trip outside of Vancouver.

Bogdan Chiru

Hi. My name is Bogdan Chiru and I’m a Senior Business Application Developer at ITK Consulting. I have extensive experience with fast-paced, high stakes development projects. I enjoy requirements analysis with clients to ensure the technical solutions I design meet their needs. My over-arching goal is to make the world a better place, one line of code at a time. I have a Masters’ Degree in Computer Science and have completed numerous courses relevant to the field, attesting to my lifelong love of learning. Outside of work I’m an accomplished graphic artist and an avid hiker.

Graeme Crouch

While pursuing a career in academia and spending the better half of a decade living and traveling around the world, I discovered the immense power of the Dynamics platform. In my 10 years of Dynamics experience, I’ve had the pleasure to work with partners in Healthcare, Education, and Manufacturing. I’m committed to lifelong learning and motivated by the technical, operational, and logistical challenges and opportunities of each client. I recently discovered Disc Golf and endeavour to play whenever a free moment and a spare disc arises.

Jonah Doloiras

Hi! I’m Jonah Marie Doloiras and I’m a Power Platform Functional Consultant here at ITK. With over 7 years of experience in CRM and PowerApps, I am fortunate to have worked with clients from different industries. My passion lies in collaborating with people, solving problems, and creating applications that not only work seamlessly but also exude visual excellence. Outside of the tech realm, I find joy in photography and travelling to new and exciting places!

Juhoon Hwang

Hello there! My name is Juhoon Hwang, and I am a passionate Dynamics 365 and PowerApps consultant. I graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. I love engaging with customers to discover their needs, but I also thrive on doing hands-on work in Power Platform, so help me help you! When not working, I love playing soccer and golf and trying out new cafes in my area.

Benny Jiang

Hello! My name is Benny Jiang and I’m a Business Solutions Consultant here at ITK Consulting. I graduated in 2020 from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. More specifically, I concentrated in Management Information Systems while also attaining a Business and Technology Management certificate. I’ve worked with Dynamics 365 for 5 years now and have always enjoyed building/configuring solutions that suit the businesses need. To me, it’s a great sense of satisfaction knowing your solution helps empower staff to perform their work more efficiently and effectively. In my personal time, I enjoy getting my hands dirty and taking on DIY activities. Whether it’s performing maintenance on a car or at home repairs, I enjoy exploring and learning about various hands-on projects. When I wind down, I watch a wide variety of sports (from football all the way to curling). Although the Canucks and Whitecaps have brought me more tears than joy the last few years, I yearn to experience that Stanley Cup Finals excitement once again.

Kevin Lo

Hello! My name is Kevin Lo and I’m a Functional Consultant at ITK Consulting. I received my Bachelor of Business Administration, concentrating in Management Information Systems from SFU in 2017. Through Microsoft, I’ve obtained my Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate certificate and have used my skills to bring forth the success of multiple projects. A highlight of mine includes building the Capital Asset Planning System (CAPS) for the British Colombia Ministry of Education from the ground up. What I appreciate the most about my role is seeing a system come to life that really empowers users, allowing them to perform their jobs more effectively and efficiently. On a personal level, I enjoy playing sports such as basketball and volleyball as well as staying active by hiking, weightlifting, and much more! When I’m not sweating buckets, I also enjoy giving my vocal cords and fingers a good workout through aggressively click clacking my keyboard, mouse and occasionally screaming at my teammates through the mic when gaming. After all my workouts, I enjoy channeling my inner weeb by watching anime.

Gordon Lu

Hi there! My name is Gordon Lu and I’m a Business Solutions Consultant at ITK Consulting. I graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2020 with a Bachelor in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management Information Systems and the Business and Technology Management certificate. Having worked with Dynamics on premises for 3 years, I am consistently impressed by the ever-expanding capabilities of the cloud offerings. I love dreaming up solutions to problems and getting my hands dirty when building the answers. To me, nothing beats the feeling of seeing the positive impact my work has on others. In my personal time, I enjoy badminton, volleyball, and a dash of calisthenics. On the rare occasion when it’s not pouring rain, you can find me hiking in the trails; and when it does rain you might be able to smell something delicious I’m cooking up in the kitchen. At the end of the day, I like to unwind to some anime and manga.

I have been working in information technology for over 10 years with a large focus in the public sector. When I’m not working on project plans, I like to see live shows, lift weights, watch HBO and travel the world. My motto is life is better when planning a trip.

Doug McLachlan

I’m Doug McLachlan, a Partner at ITK and the leader of our professional services team. I began my career in customer service, moved into systems development and consulting. Building great project teams and delivering pragmatic client solutions are my passions. Vancouver is home and I love exploring with my camera, cooking, and dining with family and friends. 

Mike McGuinness

My name is Mike McGuinness, and I am a Senior Power Platform Solutions Architect and Developer at ITK. For over 20 years, I have worked with clients to turn complex business requirements and data into effective, efficient, and easy-to-use Dynamics 365 CRM and web portal solutions. As a serial entrepreneur, I enjoy and excel at creating solutions that resolve business pain points, and help customers leverage the exciting new opportunities that technology enables. When I manage to pry myself away from work, I enjoy time on the ocean exploring BC’s gulf islands, and obsessing over technology, Tesla and renewable energy.

Golnar Naghavi

My name is Golnar Naghavi, and I am a Dynamics 365 Developer at ITK Consulting. My day to day job consists of developing plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate, writing SSRS reports and doing configuration in Dynamics 365. I enjoy working on challenging projects and having the chance to work with new technology and tools. I graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. In my free time I enjoy biking, playing tennis, and doing yoga.

Vivian Nguyen

Hello! My name is Vivian Nguyen and I am a Business Solutions Consultant at ITK Consulting. I graduated from SFU in 2020 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, concentrating in Management Information Systems and Accounting, with a certificate in Business Technology Management. I have worked with information technology and on-premise Dynamics for around 3.5 years. I enjoy working with clients to come up with solutions and doing hands-on work to implement them. I love knowing my work impacts clients to improve a function and to solve problems. When I’m not working, I enjoy kayaking in warm weather, baking treats, digital art, and watching anime and shows.

Luke Ogmundson

My name is Luke Ogmundson, and I am a Functional Consultant at ITK Consulting. I have worked on projects of all shapes and sizes in my five years at ITK. While I find much of the Power Platform exciting, the aspect of my job that I am particularly drawn to is cultivating a relationship with the client. In my spare time, you can find me running or with my dog Charlie in the mountains.

Stephen Price

I’m Stephen Price and I’m a Power Platform Solution Architect and Manager of WoW, that’s “Way of Working”, at ITK Consulting. My past life includes systems analysis work on web applications, serving as a Canadian Forces Reserve Officer, and evenings in a martial arts dojo. I count myself lucky that in 2012 I had the opportunity to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 for a water slide design company – it was so much fun that I’ve focused on Dynamics and Power Platform projects ever since. I get the same feeling while building apps as I used to get as an 8-year-old boy creating wacky spaceship designs in Lego, but now I get to do it with a first-rate team!

Ryan Shum

Hey there! My name is Ryan Shum, and I am a Business Solutions Consultant here at ITK Consulting Inc. In 2019 I graduated from SFU’s Beedie School of Business, where I received my Bachelor of Business Administration degree with concentrations in Management Information Systems and Operations Management. I have around 5 years of experience working with on-premises Dynamics and am excited to use my skills to solve problems and implement effective solutions for ITK’s clients. I enjoy working closely with others in a team environment and focus on building long-term relationships. In the sun, you will find me outside cycling or playing Spikeball. In the snow, you will find me carving on skis at Cypress Mountain.

Anjali Ann Vinod

Hello! I’m Anjali Ann Vinod, a Managed Services Support Analyst at ITK Consulting. My role involves closely collaborating with delivery teams to offer client support, issue triage, and system monitoring. I thrive on tackling complex challenges, working collaboratively on projects, and continuously learning new tech and skills to stay current. With a master’s degree in computer science engineering and a strong programming background, I’m passionate about my field. Beyond work, I love embarking on road trips, catching soccer games, and indulging in some baking.
